NEWS RELEASE DETAILS DATE/TIME: Friday, February 26th, 2010 / 01:00 PMSUBJECT:Patrolman Kyle Hunter Resigns after plea in Schenectady County Court Patrolman Kyle Hunter has pleaded guilty in Schenectady County Court to two counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree and has agreed to resign from the Schenectady Police Department no later than March 15th, 2010. As part of the plea there will also be a three year stay away order of protection. The Schenectady Police Administration is currently facilitating the resignation so that it may occur as soon as possible. No further details will be discussed at this time. |
