NEWS RELEASE DETAILS DATE/TIME: Monday, September 8th, 2003 / 03:30 PMSUBJECT:Sep 7-03 DRUG RAID, DAVIS TERRACE On Sunday evening, September 7th, Vice Squad detectives – with assistance from Amsterdam Police Department detectives and New York State Police CNET-Capital – raided 835 Davis Terrace and arrested the resident on several charges. Found and seized during the raid were 100 packets of heroin, more than 10 grams of crack cocaine, and a loaded .357 handgun that was reported stolen. Erica Marshall, 25, was arrested and charged with the following: - Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance-3rd degree (a felony) - CPCS-4th (a felony) - Criminal Possession of Stolen Property-4th (a felony) - Criminal Possession of a Weapon-4th (a misdemeanor) - CPCS-7th (a misdemeanor) Marshall also had 2 outstanding felony warrants from the Town of Niskayuna. |
