SUBJECT:FIRST NIAGARA BANK ROBBED

Detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at the First Niagara bank at 1742 Union Street at about 3 p.m. today.

A white male entered the bank and handed a teller a note announcing the robbery. The teller gave the man an amount of money that is not being disclosed. The man then left the bank in an unknown direction.

The robber is described as being in his late 20s, 6 tall, 180 lbs., long dark brown hair in a ponytail, clean shaven, wearing a dark brown leather coat and tan boots.
