Detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Key Bank branch at 1610 Eastern Parkway at about 11:30 this morning.

A white female entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. The woman implied that she had a gun, but none was displayed. The teller complied with the woman’s demand and gave her an amount of money that is not being disclosed at this time. The woman then left the bank and was last seen walking eastbound on Eastern Parkway.

No one was injured in the incident.

The suspect is described as 5’2”, 130 lbs., stocky build, brown hair, in her 30’s. She was wearing glasses, a gray hooded sweatshirt underneath a dark ¾-length coat, and dark gloves. She was carrying a gray purse.
