Detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Trustco Bank branch at Sheridan Plaza on Gerling Street at about 10:15 this morning.

A man entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money. The man said that he had a gun, but none was displayed. The teller complied with the manís demand and gave him an amount of money that is not being disclosed at this time. The man then left the bank and was last seen walking east on Gerling.

No one was injured in the incident.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 30ís, 5í11Ē tall, medium build, and a mustache. He was wearing a black jacket and a gray baseball cap.
