Three city boys were arrested Thursday morning with making graffiti after they were seen “tagging” two residences on Broadway by an officer on his way to work.

The officer witnessed the teens – two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old – spray paint “MVG,” “Kriem” and “Jam” on 1679 and 1835 Broadway. On-duty patrol officers responded and took the 3 into custody.
