SUBJECT:UPDATE TUESDAY NIGHT HAMILTON HILL SHOOTING

Detectives continue to investigate the shootings of two Schenectady men that happened Tuesday evening at about the same time a block apart on Hamilton Hill.

The first shooting occurred at about 9:30 p.m. at the corner of Stanley and Craig Streets when an unknown black male shot 23-year-old Terrell Earp several times in the left arm and left leg. After being shot, Earp was picked-up by a car that was eventually stopped on State Street by officers. Earp was treated at the scene by Schenectady Fire Department paramedics and transported to Albany Medical Center.

A few minutes later at Delamont Avenue and Hulett Street, 19-year-old Rashad Robinson was shot in the leg by an unknown black male. He was treated at the scene by Schenectady Fire Department paramedics and transported to Albany Med.

The current conditions of Earp and Robinson are unknown, but their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Detectives believe that the shootings are related, but no arrests have been made.
