NEWS RELEASE DETAILS DATE/TIME: Monday, March 31st, 2008 / 07:15 AMSUBJECT:Shooting at 901 Congress Street Detectives charged three suspects late last night in yesterdays shooting at 901 Congress Street. All have been charged with Second Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, a C Felony. The following are being held in the Schenectady Police lockup pending arraignment later this morning: * John York, 39, 1257 Tenth Ave., Schenectady * Amie Chabot, 25, 866 Central Parkway, Schenectady * Brendan Mitchell, 18, unknown address (mug shots are not available) Mitchell has also been charged with First Degree Reckless Endangerment, a D Felony, for firing the weapon at the Congress Street residence. |
