As always we want to remind parents and children to be aware of their surroundings and if something looks suspicious to go to a safe, well lighted, populated area like a convenient store, Firehouse or Police Station and ask for help. Use the buddy system when walking or playing. If you have a cell phone, dial 911 if you feel you are in immediate danger and stay on the line with the dispatcher till the Police arrive.
