SUBJECT:2009 Downtown Christmas Parade Route and Road Closures

Due to the Schenectady Holiday Parade, on Saturday 11/21 the following routes will be CLOSED to all traffic from 4 PM until approximately 7 PM

NY 5 (State Street) from the Western Gateway Bridge to Nott Terrace in the City of Schenectady
-> NOTE: The Western Gateway Bridge will be CLOSED at the Scotia side of the river

I-890 westbound Exit 4C off-ramp

There will also be additional road closures in the City of Schenectady due to this event, including portions of Broadway and Erie Boulevard. See the following URL for a map of the parade route and identification of local road closures:
